No 100 percent sure of designer. There is no label in the dress with a name, only a number written on the tag which I Googled. The fabric is an ivory chiffon (rayon fabric listed on label). The straps that come over the shoulder cross your back, or you can slide them through the sides of the dress to create a full open back. There is a train that snaps into a french bustle.
I wore this for a beach wedding and felt beautiful and it was perfect for the setting.
It has been dry cleaned. There are no defects.
