Wore this dress 1 time for 8 hours. I will add in the shrug for $15, shrug retails for $29. The chiffon shrug is a size 16. I got the shrug in a much larger size to add more coverage to the dress.The tag has been cut out so you couldn't see it when I wore my hair up. Both items were purchased at David's Bridal. Shipping is $10. Will separate. Dress and shrug are in perfect condition.
