This dress is brand new tags attached, never been altered..it is still in the packaging from Jim Hjelm! The wedding I was supposed to wear it in was canceled / : Its actually super flattering and beautiful on so I would love to keep it and wear it to an event but the cost of alterations and the money I already spent is just too much to spend for me to just have a beautiful gown in my closet!!!
