I bought this dress for my best friend's wedding, which was canceled because her husband was deployed earlier than anticipated. It is brand new, with no alterations. On the tags, you will see that the dress is a size 10. I am a consistent size 6 and the dress fit perfectly as-is. Had the wedding occurred, I would not have needed to make any alterations. I am attaching two pictures: one of the actual dress and one from the website to better show fit and design.
