The dress is a size 4 and it fit like a glove. I don't know what my hips are. I had to guess. It is super snug up top and you don't wear a bra with it. I don't think if you have bigger than size C boobs you would be able to fit into it.
I had the train removed and there is a slight dusting train which made it much more modern and classy. I had a whole layer of crinoline removed also so it would be much much less puffy. I am just over 5 feet 7 and wore flats shoes.
The dress has a thin belt with no bow. The dress was stunning to me because it was so elegant and simple. This dress makes you look incredibly thin, that's for sure! It wasn't uncomfortable at all and gave me great posture. It was a win-win but boy was it expensive!!!
I also have the custom jacket that I wore over the top for the ceremony only.
